Tour du Limsouin - 3rd stage: Kévin Vauquelin and Elie Gesbert both in the top ten
Kévin Vauquelin and Elie Gesbert finished 6th and 8th in the queen stage of the Tour du Limousin, which finished in Bort-les-Orgues. They moved up in the overall classification to 5th and 7th place.

“Today was a summit finish, which is what I like. The last two days have been a bit complicated. I managed to finish in a good position despite the fact that I wasn’t feeling too good. I’m back up to 5th place overall. I think that’s good for the team too because everyone’s been working well for the last three days. When Elie attacked with 2 kilometres to go, I gave him all the encouragement I could into the earpiece. We want to win with the team, not just me, and it’s great to see him at this level.”
“Kévin and Elie felt better today than they did on stage 1, even though they’re perhaps not yet at their best. Their team-mates worked hard all day and I’d like to pay tribute to Baptiste Gillet, trainee and 1st year espoir, who did a great job right up to the foot of the final climb.”
