The 2nd paved race of the season
The Belgian calendar continues this Tuesday on the Walloon side with the Samyn: a cobbled event on which our World Tour Men and Continental Women teams will be at the start.
“Samyn is one of my goals. I prepared well for the start of the season races during training this winter. Yesterday, I was able to get my bearings back on the cobblestones during the Nieuswblad. This Tuesday, the level will be higher than usual but I have the ambition to achieve a good result. Plus we have a good team. We are united and we are starting to have good automatisms on a collective level. I hope it will be a major asset for the race.”
“The Samyn is a circuit race with several paved sectors. We will present ourselves at the start with ambition. The team is young and works well collectively. Since the start of the season, we have had a string of good results and we would like to get closer to the podium in this race.”
