“Laurens Huys is a rider who has already achieved promising results in the professional ranks. I hope that within the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS training, he will find a certain form of fulfillment. We will be careful to define a racing program with less competition days than the one he experienced in his previous team. On the other hand, we will ask for more results and consistency. Laurens showed some great things last year at the Giro over a three-week event during which he achieved great performances on difficult stages. An attitude which ultimately translated into an interesting general classification for a young rider.”
