Warren Barguil: "In the best shape to tackle the last climb"
Warren Barguil took seventh place in Tromsø, the finish of the first stage of the Arctic Race of Norway.

“I am happy with my day. I got a great job from my colleagues. They put me in the best position to start the last climb. I hesitated to harden up at the foot but I don’t really know where I am at the moment so I went with it unfortunately.
I am very motivated here and I hope to enjoy the next stages with my friends from the Arkea-Samsic team”.
The Debrief
“Motivation and determination were my words this morning during the briefing! The riders applied them on the ground during this first stage of the Arctic Tour of Norway. The team was united, especially in the final. Warren is 7th, he is focused on his race like all his teammates. I am satisfied with the team’s attitude and on Sunday evening we will take stock of the results obtained”.
