Article 1 – Definitions
The “Shop”: sales area for the Team’s products.
The “Team”: the professional cycling team Team Arkéa – BB Hotels, represented by the company Pro Cycling Breizh
The “User”: any person
The “Site”: the website https://arkea-bbhotels.com published by the company Pro Cycling Breizh
Article 2 – Scope of application
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Site by Users. They may be modified at any time by the company Pro Cycling Breizh, and the User must consult and formally accept them before placing any order.
Article 3 – On-line purchase methods
2.1. Access to the Shop
To access the Store, the User must click on the “Store” button at the top of the page.
2.2 Online purchasing information
To order the desired items, the User must enter the corresponding product sheet by clicking on the corresponding photos. He can then choose the desired size and quantity and click on “Add to cart”.
A message will confirm the addition to the basket and a link “View basket” will send the User to the basket. The User will then be able to visualize the whole of his order and modify it if necessary.
After each modification, the User will have to click on “Update cart” to update the cart.
The User will then fill in his personal information and his payment information. The User will then have to accept the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale before confirming his order. The User is not required to create an account to order items on the Site.
The User will then receive several e-mails:
– An e-mail to indicate that the order is awaiting validation
– An e-mail to indicate that the order is in progress
– An e-mail to indicate that the order has been shipped
Article 4 – Terms of payment
All orders on the Site are made via the secure payment method Pay-line. It ensures a prevention against bank fraud and has a data protection system among the most effective on the market. This solution ensures maximum security for Users during their purchases.
Only credit cards are accepted as payment methods (Visa, MasterCard). The User will have to fill in the information of his card to proceed with the order.
Article 5 – Shipping and delivery times
The average delivery time is ten days knowing that the processing time is about one week. If after two weeks, the User has not received his order, he can contact the Site via the address boutique@pcb.bzh
Article 6 – Exchange and refund
6.1. Retraction period and returns
In accordance with articles L.221-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the User may exercise his right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the day after receiving his order.
To cancel his order and return his items, the User must send an email to boutique@pcb.bzh indicating his order number.
He will then have to return his articles and will be refunded by the Team.
6.2. Exchanges
If the User wishes to proceed to an exchange of article, he will have to send an e-mail to boutique@pcb.bzh . He will then have to return the item in question, at his expense, before he can receive the new item.
Article 7 – Fan Klub Charter
7.1 Registration Form
It must be completed at the time of registration or renewal. It contains all the useful information concerning the member. The member agrees to report any changes to the following email address: fanklub@pcb.bzh
7.2 Membership fee
Payment of the membership fee is mandatory at the time of registration.
Any member who is not up to date with his or her membership fee will not be able to join the Fan Klub.
Any member wishing to unsubscribe from the Fan Klub must be up to date with his or her membership fee.
Any member who is not up to date with his or her membership fee will not be able to renew the following year until he or she has paid his or her membership fee as well as that of the new season.
