“Last year I competed in Ghent Wevelgem Espoirs. I like this kind of racing. I also already climbed the Kemmelberg this year as part of the Bredene Classic with the WorldTour team. I hope we will get a good result on Sunday with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS development team in Ghent-Wevelgem. I really appreciate the classics, and in particular the cobbled events, and the battles that these kinds of races can cause, particularly with the bad weather that can plague northern Europe at this time of the season.”

Léonard Cosnier, Directeur sportif

“Ghent Wevelgem will be another great experience for the riders of the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS continental development team. The level will be dense, with all the best hopes at the start. It will be a new great classic on our program, like Paris-Roubaix a few weeks ago. We have within the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS collective runners who enjoy this type of competition such as Nicolas Milesi, Lucas Janssen and Léandre Lozouet. These are interesting maps on this type of route, with three planned ascents of Kemmelberg. Ghent-Wevelgem is a selective race with opportunities for us to play our luck.”
