Franck Renimel: “A course suitable for sprinters”
Wednesday will be the first edition of the Région Pays De La Loire women. The ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team will be lined up at the start.

After the Vuelta Extremadura, which was my first big goal of the season, I took some time to recover mentally and physically. This period did me good and I now feel ready for this second part of the season, particularly with the RégionPays de la Loire race where I will be keen to help the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team as much as possible. It’s a circuit that is rather favorable to sprinters, so I will play a protective role for the leaders. I think it’s a race where we really have the possibility of obtaining a very good result, which is particularly motivating.”
“The ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team is very motivated for the Pays de la Loire Region race. It is a first edition for this event, scheduled for Wednesday. The course will be suitable for sprinters, extending over 116km with an expected finish in Saumur city center. We have a good chance of seeing a sprint finish and we hope to get a good result.”
