Florian Dauphin 6th in La Gacilly
Florian Dauphin scored his third top 10 finish in the Tour de Bretagne. He took 6th place in La Gacilly at the end of the 4th stage.

“Our instructions today were to go into a breakaway if a big group came out. That didn’t happen. We wanted to be involved in this race. At kilometre 93, we tried to launch hostilities. That broke up the peloton but behind that we didn’t have the support of the other teams to really make a difference. The team is working well and it’s a shame not to be rewarded with a better result.”
“In this Tour of Brittany, we’re trying to take advantage of every situation that can put our rivals in difficulty. We tried again today as we approached the final circuit. Unfortunately, we lacked support from the other teams. We took our responsibilities. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. The guys tried on the first few laps, without success. They put their faith in Florian for the sprint for 2nd place. The state of mind is good. We’ve got 3 days left to show what we’re made of.”
