I am satisfied with my result today. Even though I didn't win the stage, I won the peloton sprint and this 5th place validates a good overall performance. I'm coming off a difficult first part of the season, so being competitive on a difficult course like this fourth stage is positive. It feels good. It was a tough day with a route that includes sections of the Liège–Bastogne–Liège course. We were able to get through it well and keep up until the finish. I had a good sprint. As a team, we lacked success and the overall result could have been more positive. There's one stage left and we still have a chance to do something great.

Luca finished in an impressive fifth place on this fourth stage. He led the peloton sprint. We have mixed feelings about the day's outcome, as we could have done much better. Louis was caught up in a crash in the final stretch. He had to change bikes. With the time lost, the final overall classification is now a little further away. On a difficult stage, which resembled a mini “Liège–Bastogne–Liège,” we had three riders in the final stretch, Jenthe, Louis, and Luca, which shows that we are in good shape overall. We missed Simon in the final, who was slowed down by a mechanical problem earlier in the race. With one more teammate, the peloton might have been able to catch up with the breakaway and Luca could have gone for the win. It was a mixed day because with a little more luck, the outcome could have been different.
