“I’m feeling good now, even if my results don’t show it yet. I feel that I am in good condition at the start of this second part of the season. Regarding the 4 Days of Dunkirk, the first stages will undoubtedly be reserved for sprinters. Friday and Saturday can allow the general classification to be fixed. In particular the Friday stage which will take certain cobbled sectors of Paris-Roubaix. It will undoubtedly be a decisive day for the general classification, or at least for making a first selection. On Saturday it is the traditional circuit around Cassel which will also be important for the victory in the general classification. Cassel is difficult, but we have within the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team engaged in Hauts-de-France runners who can shine in this race and this stage in particular. The 4 Days of Dunkirk will also mark the return to competition of Arnaud Démare. This is a good thing for the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS collective and for him too. We will be able to ride in a more grouped manner while being even more respected by the other teams with a rider of his caliber at our side. The ARKEA-B&B HOTELS training is in a good spiral and it’s time to convert all of this into good results.”

Yvon Ledanois, Directeur sportif

“I am always motivated when I start a race with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, but I have a particular affection for the 4 Days of Dunkirk. I like this event, this atmosphere it gives off, the enthusiasm of the northerners for our sport. This is a race that we are not going to take lightly like all the events in which we compete. With Arnaud Démare and the team he will have at his side, there will be a way to do well on the stages. We should not overlook the general classification either, even if on paper the Cassel stage on Saturday is relatively demanding, and favorable to other teams. But before this penultimate day of racing, a lot can happen in this 2024 edition of the 4 Days of Dunkirk. It is up to us, therefore, to be enterprising and opportunistic when opportunities arise for the riders of the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team.”
