‘I’m delighted to be extending my contract with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS Femmes team so quickly, and for such a long time. This will enable us to plan a great sporting project together. I would like to thank Emmanuel Hubert, General Manager of ARKEA-B&B HOTELS training, and Jean-Christophe Moussard, Sports Manager of the women’s team, for this vote of confidence. I have the feeling that this will enable me to continue to ‘grow as a cyclist’, and especially at the same time as the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS Women’s team. The aim is to progress from strength to strength in sporting terms. It’s a great project, and being part of it obviously increases my motivation. I quickly felt that I belonged to the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, and I did so from my first race in my new colours. Everyone in the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, racers and staff, support me perfectly before, during and after the races. I really appreciate that. I’m really delighted to be part of this team, which is nurturing this great sporting ambition, while at the same time retaining the family spirit that is its strength, a quality that is essential in my eyes’.

Emmanuel Hubert, General Manager

‘Valentina Cavallar quickly found her feet in the women’s professional cycling peloton, but also within the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team. In the space of just a few races, she has put her climbing skills to the test, most notably in the recent Tour of the Basque Country for Women, where for two days she wore the jersey of the event’s best climber. Demi Vollering, winner of the Tour de France Femmes 2023, was the only rider to beat her in this classification. The decision to sign Valentina Cavallar to a long-term contract until 2027 demonstrates our desire to establish the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team in the women’s professional cycling peloton on a long-term basis, with the ambition of helping it to progress season after season, from a sporting point of view. Our ultimate goal is to be close to the best women’s professional cycling teams’.
