“I had good legs, but there are always hazards in a race like Antwerp Port Epic. I was hampered by a fall, then I suffered some breaks. I left a lot of energy there, and despite everything I managed to stay in front. In the sprint, I was a little dry. I actually fell during Veenendaal-Veenendaal. I had a little back pain, cramps on the right side. I sprint from afar. I tried to go back as far as possible. I rank 10th. But what is good is that the legs are back and the altitude training carried out in Sierra Nevada is already starting to bear fruit.”

Arnaud Gérard, Directeur sportif

“Florian Sénéchal finishes tenth in the Antwerp Port Epic. Clément Venturini and Miles Scotson fell without serious damage for either of them. It’s the law of sport and even more so in an event like Antwerp Port Epic which uses paved paths and sectors.”
